This website is operated by Designs Frontier, registered in the United Arab Emirates at Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By browsing the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
2. What this site is
The site describes our services and shows our work. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us first. Case-study figures describe results achieved for a specific client in specific conditions and are not a prediction of what your project would achieve.
3. Intellectual property
The design, code, copy, photography and illustrations on this site belong to Designs Frontier or to our clients, and are protected by UAE and international copyright law. You may read, share and link to pages freely. You may not copy, republish or adapt the material for commercial use without written permission.
Client names, logos and marks shown in the work section remain the property of those clients and appear here with their permission, purely to identify the project.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in breach of UAE law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system behind it;
- scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site;
- submit anything through our forms that is false, malicious or someone else’s to submit.
5. What you send us
When you send a brief through the contact form you confirm it is yours to send, and you give us permission to read it and reply. We treat it as confidential and handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy. Sending a brief does not create a contract or any obligation on either side — that begins only when a proposal is signed.
6. Links to other sites
Some pages link out to live client sites and third-party tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. Where these terms stop
These terms govern use of this website only. Any engagement between us is governed by the signed proposal, statement of work and its own terms. Where the two ever conflict, the signed agreement wins.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the site available and accurate but cannot guarantee either, and we may change or withdraw content at any time without notice. To the fullest extent UAE law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
