Storefront and product experience
Category structure, product pages and merchandising designed around how people compare, not around how the catalogue is organised.
Retail & e-commerce
Getting someone to the product page is the cheap part. We work on the rest of it — the decisions that make a basket bigger, a checkout finish, and a first-time buyer come back without another ad.

What gets in the way in retail & e-commerce
01
Paid acquisition covers a weak funnel until the cost per order climbs. Then the underlying conversion problem arrives all at once.
02
Imagery, specification, delivery truth and returns policy decide it. Most stores under-invest in the one page doing the actual selling.
03
Payment options, address handling and guest checkout are where UAE-specific friction lives, and standard analytics rarely name it clearly.
04
Lifecycle email, re-order flows and post-purchase content do the work a discount code usually gets asked to do.
What we build here
Storefronts, checkout, and the lifecycle work that makes a second purchase likely.
01
Category structure, product pages and merchandising designed around how people compare, not around how the catalogue is organised.
02
Basket, payment and delivery flows examined step by step, with the drop-offs measured rather than guessed at.
03
Search, paid social and shopping campaigns run against contribution margin rather than impressions.
04
Post-purchase, re-order and win-back journeys that raise repeat value without training customers to wait for a sale.
Selected work
Published projects in retail & e-commerce. Every one links to the disciplines that built it.
The disciplines behind it
The lines of work this sector leans on most. The method, the process and the rest of the capability live on those pages.
Questions we get asked
Shopify or a comparable platform for most retail, and custom when the catalogue, pricing logic or integrations genuinely break it. Recommending a custom build where a platform would have done is an expensive habit, and we avoid it.
Yes, and it tends to work better that way: the team that knows why a page is built the way it is makes better decisions about what to send traffic to. They can also be separate engagements if you already have an agency you trust.
We agree the numbers before starting — conversion rate, average order value, revenue per session and cost per order. Traffic on its own is not one of them.
The right-to-left layout and the content model both have to be planned before the build rather than retrofitted. We will scope it properly if it is in the plan; we will not pretend it is a switch to flip.
