Brand strategy
Audience, competitive position and the one idea the brand is going to stand for — written down, so every later decision has something to be measured against.
Branding
A position worth holding, a look that carries it, and a system complete enough that the brand still holds together two years and forty touchpoints later.

What it covers
From the first strategic idea to every visible touchpoint, we create coherent brands that feel confident, current, and consistent.
01
Audience, competitive position and the one idea the brand is going to stand for — written down, so every later decision has something to be measured against.
02
Names, taglines and a tone of voice with real examples, including the things the brand does not say.
03
Logo, type, colour, imagery and layout designed as one system rather than a mark with decoration added afterwards.
04
A document your team and your suppliers can actually use — rules, ratios, do and do-not, and source files in every format someone will ask for.
05
The identity applied across the touchpoints that matter first: site, social, deck, signage, packaging. Designed, not just specified.
How we work
01
Stakeholder interviews, market and category review, and an honest read of where the current brand stands.
02
The strategic platform: audience, promise, personality and the reason to believe it.
03
Two or three distinct directions, taken far enough to judge properly, then one taken to completion.
04
Guidelines, assets and the first applications, so the brand launches as a working system rather than a logo file.

Questions we get asked
We can, but we will usually argue against it. A mark designed without a position behind it tends to get replaced within two years. If budget is the constraint, a compact strategy plus identity is a better use of the same money than a logo alone.
Eight to fourteen weeks for strategy through guidelines, depending on how many stakeholders need to agree. Rollout runs alongside and after, scoped by how many touchpoints you are changing.
Yes. Full ownership of the final identity and its source files transfers to you on final payment, set out in the proposal.
Often the better option when there is real equity in the existing mark. We keep what people recognise, fix what fails on screen, and extend the system into everything it was missing.
