Case study 11 / 12

How the work
came together.

  1. 01

    The challenge

Property purchases generate extensive documentation, and with no central place to keep it, surveyors, architects and other stakeholders fell back on manual processes that slowed decisions and risked lost or mismanaged records.

  2. 02

    The response

Through research, wireframes and a click-through prototype, we designed a clean, clutter-free workspace: projects in a table or a status board, documents organised by project, search built around keywords and filters, and secure sign-in and account recovery, laid out for laptop, desktop and tablet.

  3. 03

    The outcome

A clearer product model for finding, understanding, and sharing property information across professional teams.
